Stephen King's desire to write always starts with a love of reading. I agree with this statement because when King was a little kid he spent most of his days sick in bed. He spent most of his childhood days reading comics.He enjoyed reading so much that he liked to portray his own adventures into writing.
I can't say that i love to read but when i do, it makes me want to write my own stories... although it never happens, it does start with the love of reading that makes people desire to write more and more.
Can good authors not be influenced by reading?
